LOCATION: Moccasin Bend - Chattanooga, Tennessee
ELIGIBILITY / DIVISIONS:
This is a Regional Qualifier for the Tennessee State Elementary and Middle School Championship meet. In order to participate, you must reside in the Chattanooga Region defined by the map below. Middle school-aged athletes must be in the 6th, 7th or 8th grade to compete. Any athlete that has competed at the High School level (Varsity or Junior Varsity) prior to the regional qualifier will not be eligible to compete. Likewise, Elementary school aged athletes must be in the 3rd, 4th or 5th grade. Any Elementary school athlete that has competed in Middle School prior to the Regional Championships will not be eligible to compete in the Elementary school division.
STATE MEET QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
> Teams / Individuals must qualify at only one of the Regional Meets - according to the Region Boundaries detailed on the map below.
> Middle School - Top 5 teams (boys and girls) and the top 25 individuals outside of the top 5 teams qualify for the State Championships
> Elementary School - Top 5 teams and the Top 30 individuals outside of the top 5 Teams qualify for the State Championships

Middle School Girls 2 mile - 9:00 AM
Middle School Boys 2 Mile - 9:30 AM
Middle School Awards - 10:00 AM
Elementary School Girls 1 Mile - 10:30 AM
Elementary School Boys 1 Mile - 10:45 AM
Elementary School Awards - 11:15 PM
ENTRY FEES:
Middle School and Elementary School - Teams - (Boys and Girls pay as separate teams) $30.00 per team. If you have under 5 athletes - $6.00 per athlete.
All Entries must be completed online by October 13, 2016. To enter online Please click the link below. You must pay with Visa / MC / Debit online no later than 10/13/16. Entries without payment will not be accepted. Please prepare your school bookkeepers with regards to online payment requirement. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion and payment of your entry. Please make sure to print this off and bring it with you to packet pickup as proof of entry and payment. Scratches or no-shows will not be refunded.
AWARDS:
Individual Awards - Trophies will be awarded to the top 20 in each race.
Team Awards - Plaques will be awarded to the top Five boys and girls teams (Elementary and Middle School Divisions)
TEAM SCORING:
Team Scoring will follow standard scoring format. Top 5 runners score with team tiebreakers taken to runners 6. Team Scoring for all races
